      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Chia Seed Bread
  1. 1. Add all ingredients in order.

    2. Speed 7 for 7 seconds

    3. Knead for 6 minutes

    4. Rest in thermomix for 15 minutes.

    5. Tip dough out onto slightly oiled bench and knock down to release all gases.

    6. Put into bread tin and prove. A handy hint I prove mine in the oven with a bowl of boiled water beside it.

    7. Cook for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

    8. When cooked immediately remove from bread tin onto wire rack to cool.

    Enjoy
