  • 2 1/2 level teaspoons salt
  • 3 level teaspoons dried instant yeast
  • 1 pinches sugar
  • 370 gram Warm water (approx)

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put all ingredients in thermie bowl. Mix 1 minute sp 4.
    Check dough for stickiness. Maybe add more flour or water.
    Use knead function for 2 minutes.
    Put bowl in fridge overnight.
    In morning, knead function 5 mins.
    Divide dough, shape into baguettes.
    Preheat oven to 200C
    Prove 30mins.
    Spritz with water, slash.
    Bake for 15 mins.
