I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
- add all the ingredients to a dry mixing bowl.
combine for 10 seconds / speed 3 / Lid+MC/Cap on.
remove the meat mixture and form into 6-10 flat patties, depending on the size you like. - heat 1-2 tablespoons oil in a frypan over medium-low heat until cooked through.
- Enjoy on a lightly toasted English Muffin / Torilla Wrap / Bagel and top with a poached egg and slice of cheese. It tastes very similar to a very well-known 'McBreakfast'.
I even add some sliced tomato and avocado.
* photo still to come, as they were eaten before I could get a photo - Frypan / Spatula / Plate

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
