If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Place figs into bowl and chop for 5 secs on spd 6. Check and repeat if you want a smoother texture.
2. Squeeze the lemon juice and add the rest of the ingrediencs, except for the chia seeds. Cook for 5 mins on 90C, spd 1.
3. Add chia seeds and mix for 20 secs on spd 3.
4. Transfer into jar and allow to cool before it goes into the fridge.
