Recipe's preparation
Put Parmesan cubes into bowl and blitz on speed 8 for 10 seconds
Take out and set aside
Put the butterfly into the Thermie
Pour in the cream
Blitz on speed 4 for about 3 mins (or until fat has separated from liquid)
Remove the butterfly and strain the liquid from the butter, you can even take it out of the bowl and use your hands to squeeze the liquid (buttermilk) out
Add the cold water
Blitz for 10 seconds on speed 4
Strain liquid from butter again
Put butter back into the bowl, add grated Parmesan and blitz on speed 4 for 20 seconds
Semi-Slice a fresh loaf of bread (don't cut the slices all the way to the bottom), spread butter inbetween slices and bake in an oven on 180c for 5-10 mins
Mix through pop corn
Serve with crackers & fig paste
Serve soup with a dollop
