Low FODMAP Stuffing
- 10 slices bread (low FODMAP)
- 60 g olivani
- 1 tbsp garlic infused olive oil
- 120 g leek, green only
- 15 g parsley
- 1 tsp sage, dried
- 1 tsp oregano, dried
- 1/2 tsp thyme, dried
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper, ground
- 125 g water
- 1/2 tbsp Vegetarian Stock Paste

Recipe is created for

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add bread to the mixing bowl. Turbo mode / 1 sec. Repeat if needed. Set aside.
- Add leek, parsley and olivani to the mixing bowl. Chop 3 sec / speed 7.
- Cook 2 min / 100°C / speed 1.
- Add garlic infused oil, parsley, sage, oregano, thyme, salt, pepper, water, stock paste and reserved bread to the mixing bowl. Mix 20 sec / speed 4.

Tip
Stuffing is fine in the fridge for a couple of days and freezes well.
