Sweet and sour pork with steamed rice
- 200 g basmati rice
- 1000 g water
- 700 g pork loin steak, Cut into bite size pieces
- 2 level teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 brown onion, Cut into wedges
- 1 red capsicum, Cut into wedges
- 32 g sugar
- 32 g tomato sauce
- 2 heaped tablespoons soy sauce, ABC Kecap manis
- 64 g white vinegar
- 1 heaped tablespoons cornflour
- 1 can Diced Pineapple

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Weigh rice in simmering basket, wash under tap until water runs clear and set aside.
2. Put 1000g water into, place simmering basket into
and cook 20min, Varoma, sp4. Place rice aside and rinse and dry
3. 2 tsp sesame oil
4. add diced pork and cook 10min, 120 deg,sp2
5. Add wedged onion and capsicum, cook 2 min, 120 deg,sp2
6. Add tin pineapple, sugar, tomato sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, cornflour and cook 5 min, 100deg,sp2.
serve on steamed rice.
